Glenda Mae Brown

Mrs. Glenda M. Brown, 82 of Grantville, passed away Sunday, July 18, 2021, in Newnan. Born November 14, 1938 in Troup County, Mrs. Brown was the daughter of the late Letson David Justiss and Eula Mae Adams Justiss. She was a member of First White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church, loved knitting, cooking, and watching old western TV Shows. Survivors include her husband, Roy Brown of Grantville; daughters and son in-law, Kim and George Kramer of Newnan, Donna Hopper of Atlanta, and Suzanne Porter of Tennessee; 7 grandchildren; and 17 great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Hampton Brown. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 24, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. The Reverend Robert Cason will officiate and interment will be in First White Oak Grove Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Friday evening. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
