MR. GEORGE HUGH HILL, Jr.

Mr. GeorgeHugh Hill, Jr., age 85 of Greenville, Georgia, passed away Wednesday, April 22, 2026, at his home.

Born June 24, 1940 in Fayette County, Mr. Hill was the son of the late George Hugh Hill, Sr. and Sarah Turner Hill. He was a resident of Meriwether County for most of his life and retired from AT&T after many years of service. After his retirement, Mr. Hill owned and operated Hill's Heating and Air.

Survivors include his children, Bonnie Hill of Newnan and Mike Hill of Hogansville; sister, Ellen (Ed) Mills of Oklahoma; step-son, Chris Daugherty of Idaho; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren; a niece and nephew; and several great-nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hill was preceded in death by his wives, Rebecca Ramey Hill and Pamela Hamilton Hill; and his son, Dennis Hill
