Fred P. Bass

MR. FRED P. BASS Mr. Fred P. Bass, 83, of Hogansville, died Friday, March 13, 2009, at Hospice LaGrange. Born November 5, 1925, in Hogansville, Mr. Bass was the son of the late John Frank Bass and the late Annie Prickett Bass. He was an Army Air Corps veteran of World War Two and retired as a plant manager for West Point Pepperell Manufacturing Company. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Hogansville. Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Margaret O'Neal Bass of Hogansville; daughters, Lynn Parker of Auburn, Ala. And Betty Ann Williams of Woodstock; and two granddaughters, Kimberley Parker and Erin Williams. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
