Faye Caldwell Jackson

Mrs. Faye Caldwell Jackson, 97, of Moreland, passed away Saturday, August 23, 2025, at her home.

Born July 2, 1928, in Meriwether County, Mrs. Jackson was the daughter of the late William Creed Caldwell and Rosa Kent Caldwell. A loving homemaker, she also worked outside the home at Moreland Hosiery Mills, Playtex International, Jacobs Pharmacy, Fabric Outlet, and selling Avon. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Moreland and had been active in the Grantville Senior Center. She loved to bake cakes, enjoyed sewing, quilting, and embroidering, and loved being with her family and especially her great-grandchildren.

Survivors include her daughter and son in-law, Angie and Joey Perry of Moreland; grandchildren, Mitchell Perry, Macie Crum and her husband Jon Crum; and great-grandchildren, Levi Jackson Perry, Norah Rayne Crum, Luke Atticus Crum. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Preston Jackson; her parents; and all of her siblings.

Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 26, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Winston Skinner will officiate and interment will be in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Newnan.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service.
