MRS. FANNIE MAE CANNON Mrs. Fannie Mae Cannon, 83, of Hogansville, died Tuesday, October 28, 2008, at Fairburn Healthcare Center. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 pm., Friday, October 31, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Mark Cooper, the Reverend Wesley Boatman, and the Reverend David Smith will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. Born August 22, 1925, in Heard county, Mrs. Cannon was the daughter of the late C. B. and Lois Littlefield Denney. She lived in Hogansville most of her life, was a member of Antioch Baptist Church and the Order of the Eastern Star, and was a charter member of the Hogansville Pilot Club. She retired from The Citizens Bank in Hogansville after more than fifty years of service. Mrs. Cannon was preceded in death by her husbands, Everett K. Joiner and Earl D. Cannon; and is survived by a number of cousins, brothers in-law and sisters in-law. The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
