Mrs. Evelyn Irene DeLoach, 77, of Greenville, passed away Thursday, July 4, 2019, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital. Mrs. DeLoach was born December 18, 1941, in Christ's Church, New Zealand. A resident of Meriwether County for 47 years, she was a homemaker and was employed for 14 years at Oxford Industries in Greenville. She attended Stovall Baptist Church and enjoyed watching sports, especially football. Survivors include her husband, Steve DeLoach of Greenville; daughter and son in-law, Kim and Jason Howard of Talladega, AL; sons and daughter in-law, Mark DeLoach, Larry and Michelle DeLoach of Greenville; grandchildren, Ryan Chambers, Hunter DeLoach, Michael DeLoach; and sisters and brother, Ann, Dorothy, and Terry, all of New Zealand. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Monday, July 8, at Stovall Baptist Church. The Reverend Larry DeLoach and the Reverend Jerry Johnson will officiate and interment will be in the Geenville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Sunday night. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
