MR. ENOCH MICHAEL MOORE Mr. Enoch Michael (Mike) Moore, 62, of Hogansville, died Saturday, March 16, 2013, at West Georgia Medical Center. The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 19, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Donnie Shelton will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery with military honors. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Monday night. Mr. Moore was born September 26, 1950, in LaGrange, son of the late Enoch Melvin Moore and the late Essie Mae Bryant Moore. A veteran of service in the U. S. Navy during the Vietnam War, he also served as a Command Sergeant Major in the Georgia State Defence Force. Mr. Moore retired as a lieutenant after 18 years of service as a firefighter/EMT at the City of Morrow Fire Department. Survivors include his children, John P. Moore and his wife, Jessica of Luthersville, Andrew D. Moore and his wife, Hannah of Newnan, Mary F. Vickery and her husband, Gregg, and Dixie Morris-Woodard and her husband, Quint, all of Hogansville; 13 grandchildren; his former wife who remained a close friend and ally, Cynthia Wells Requa of Cold Spring, NY; and sister, Sherry Moore of Grantville.. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Monday night, March 18th, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Services: 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, March 19th, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home Interment: Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville
