MR. EDWARD WILLIAMSON
Mr. Edward M. Williamson, 62, of LaGrange, died Thursday, May 15, 2008, at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, May 17, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Leonard Hodge will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Williamson was born December 14, 1945, in Hogansville, son of the late Thomas and Ruby Turner Williamson. He was a lifelong resident of Troup county and was retired from Williamson Auto Parts in Hogansville.
Survivors include his daughter, Tracie Clark of Palmetto; sister and brother in-law, Ann and Ken McKenney of Hogansville; brothers and sisters in-law, Billy and Kathryn Williamson of Hogansville and Joey and Theresa Williamson of LaGrange; a granddaughter, Barbie Clark of LaGrange; and several beloved nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Deana Williamson; sister, Betty Futral; brother, Charlie Williamson; and nephew, Billy Joe Williamson.
The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
