Dorothy Krziske Wheeler

Mrs. Dorothy K. Wheeler, 90, of Hogansville, passed away Tuesday, August 15, 2023, at Hospice LaGrange.

Mrs. Wheeler was born December 4, 1932, in Chicago, Il, daughter of the late Fred and Margaret Lind Krziske. A resident of Hogansville for almost 30 years, she retired as a supervisor from Carter's and was Catholic by faith. She loved to read and had been an avid bowler.

Survivors include her son, George A. Wheeler, Jr. of GroBostheim, Germany; grandchildren, Tanya Dorrough, Erik Dorrough, Brent Dorrough, Tyler Dingler, Shane Captain, Toni Swift, Katy Myers, Andy Wheeler, Emily Wheeler, and Dennis Wheeler; thirteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her children, Donald J. Wheeler, Gina Wheeler Dorrough, David E. Wheeler, and Geoffrey A. Wheeler.

The family is honoring Mrs. Wheeler's wishes that no memorial service be conducted.
