MRS. DOROTHY ROBINSON Mrs. Dorothy Robertson Robinson, 91, of Hogansville, died Sunday, February 3, 2013, at Twin Fountains Home in LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, February 5, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville, with the Reverend Randall Hodge officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday. Mrs. Robinson was born January 5, 1922, in Lanett, Alabama, daughter of the late William Thomas Robertson and Estelle Holder Robertson. She was a lifelong resident of Hogansville, was a member of Highland Baptist Church, and retired from Uniroyal, Inc. after 45 years of service. Survivors include her sons, Hewlette "Cookie" Cook and his wife, Tami, of Dalton, and Robbie Robinson of Hogansville; two grandchildren, Leigh and Mickey Banks of Livingston, TX, Andrew and Jessica Cook of LaGrange; and four great-grandchildren, Sam, A. J., Kobie, and Levi. She was preceded in death by her husband, Vender R. Robinson. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Highland Baptist Church in Hogansville, or to the Alzheimer's Association. Claude A.
