Diana Moman Hamilton

Mrs. Diana Moman Hamilton, 74, of Hogansville, passed away Saturday, September 4, 2021, at Hospice LaGrange. Mrs. Hamilton was born April 26, 1947, in Troup County, daughter of the late Mayo and Eunice Yarbrough Moman. A long-time resident of Meriwether County, she was a member of Faith Baptist Church in Woodbury and was employed many years at Penny's Restaurant in Greenville. She enjoyed cooking and loved her canine companions Survivors include her children, Kim (Tim) Scaff of Newnan, Tina Scott of Greenville, Jeffery Gay, Mike Gay, C. J. Nolen, and Jamie (Pat) Bray all of LaGrange; her sister, Dorothy Strube of Greenville; nineteen grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jimmy Lee Hamilton and her son, Dwayne Gay. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 9, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Interment will be in the Mountville Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Wednesday night. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
