Mr. Wiley Spradlin, 66, formerly of Hogansville, passed away Saturday, September 30, 2017, at Westbury Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in McDonough.
Mr. Spradlin was born April 22, 1951 in LaGrange, son of the late Betty Smith Spradlin and Frank Spradlin. A 1970 graduate of Hogansville High School, he was a member of Highland Baptist Church and was employed by Georgia Power Company prior to his illness.
Survivors include his son, Brandon Spradlin of Hampton; granddaughter, Sydney Lynne Spradlin of Newnan; brothers, Lamar and Patsy Spradlin of Jackson, Richard and Debbie Wade of LaGrange; sisters, Pam and Donny Turner of LaGrange, Jan Wade of Hogansville; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his birth father, Duke Wiley Wade.
A memorial service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, October 7, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville, with the Reverend Ben Turner officiating.
The family will greet friends at the graveside.
