Mrs. Denise Barrett

Mrs. Denise Kirby Barrett, 61 of LaGrange, passed away Sunday, April 7, 2024, at Wellstar West Georgia Medical Center.

Mrs. Barrett was born August 9, 1962 in LaGrange and was a lifelong resident of LaGrange. She worked for Duracell for many years and was a cook at various restaurants in the area.

Survivors include her son, Anthony Barrett of Midway; her father, James Kirby; and her brother, Christopher Kirby, both of LaGrange. Mrs. Barrett was preceded in death by her mother, Eddie Cummings Kirby.

The family is planning a memorial service at a later date.
