Mrs. Deborah Robinson Tidwell, 64, of Mountville, passed away Thursday, November 2, 2017, of injuries received in an auto accident near Hogansville. Mrs. Tidwell was born November 22, 1952, in Newnan, and was a former resident of Forest Park and Hogansville. A graduate of Forest Park High School and Clayton State University, she was employed as revenue account manager for AIT Worldwide Logistics in Atlanta and was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in LaGrange. She enjoyed working in her yard and being outdoors, but her love for her family was the most important part of her life. Survivors include her husband, Douglas Tidwell of Mountville; children, Susan and Danny Letner and their children Kaiya and Gavin of Rockmart, Curtis Tidwell of Woodstock, Shara and Kelly Shirah and their children Brooklyn and Jace of Covington, Troy Tidwell of Rexburg, Idaho; her mother, Dorothy Robinson of Forest Park; brother, Steve and Priscilla Robinson of Douglasville; and nieces, Lindsay Ruiz, Cortney Bowen, and Kimberly Robinson. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 7, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with interment in Ramah First Baptist Church Cemetery in Palmetto. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Monday night. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
