David Earle Hamblin, Jr.

David Earle Hamblin, Jr., 56, of Tallapoosa, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2021, at his home. Born January 25, 1965, in Painesville, OH, Mr. Hamblin was a veteran of service in the U. S. Army and was a truck driver for John Ray Trucking, having driven through all 48 contiguous states. He lived in Pell City, Alabama before making his home in Tallapoosa two years ago, enjoyed woodworking, riding motorcycles, and had visited Sturgis two times. Survivors include his wife, Nita Hamblin; daughter, Cheyenne Hamblin; sons, David Hamblin III, Corey Hamblin, Zach Hamblin, Alex Ryan Hamblin, Noah Andrew Hamblin; his parents, David and Evelyn Hamblin; sisters, Shelly Carmack, Evelyn Stransky, Melynda Ingram, Sherry Hamblin King; and several niece and nephews.
