David Lee Crider, Sr.

MR. DAVID CRIDER, SR. Mr. David Lee Crider, Sr., 79 of Hogansville, passed away Wednesday, June 09, 2021, in Greenville. Born December 24, 1941 in Morgantown, West Virginia, Mr. Crider was the son of the late Robert and Vie Dale Crider. He was a resident of Hogansville for many years, attended Hogansville Church of God, and was an Army veteran. Mr. Crider loved fishing and spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren most of all. Survivors include his sons, Albert Taylor and his wife Lisa of Greenville and Gregory Crider of Hogansville. He was preceded in death by his son, David L. Crider, Jr., and is survived by David's wife, Sandra; grandchildren, Troy Taylor and his wife Amara, Cody Taylor and his wife Cindy, Amanda Huey and her husband Josh, Ein Crider, and Allen Crider; and great-grandchildren, Lory, Koen, Brooklyn, and Madisyn. In addition to his parents and son, he was preceded in death by his wife Diana Woody Crider; his great-grandson, Jackson; his sister, Caroline Crider; and his brother, Eddie Crider. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:30 p.m., Sunday, June 13, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with the Reverend Jim Sanders officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1 until 2:30 Sunday afternoon. Condolences may be expressed at www.mckibbenfuenralhome.com Claude A.
