Danny Ray Crisp

Mr. Danny Ray Crisp, age 52, of Hogansville, passed away Thursday, October 15, 2026, at his home. A resident of Hogansville since 2001, 

Mr. Crisp was born October 30, 1973, in Bryson City, NC. He was a member of St. Peter’s Catholic Church in LaGrange, had been employed as a pilot for 30 years, and was currently serving as a Captain for Southwest Airlines. Danny enjoyed playing golf, rebuilding classic cars, tinkering on various projects, and working on his land raising chickens and goats. 

Survived by his wife, Grace Crisp, and his children, Jade and Kai Crisp of Hogansville, GA; his mother and step-father, Mary and Larry Harrington of Concord, NC; sister, Amy Skipper of Charlotte, NC; and sister, Kerrie Cox of Kannapolis, NC. He was preceded in death by his father, Ronald Dan Crisp. 

A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, October 20, at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in LaGrange, with the Very Reverend Timothy A. Gadziala officiating. The family will greet friends at the church on Tuesday.
