Daniel Rowe Braswell

Mr. Daniel Braswell, 39 of Newnan, passed away Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at his home. Daniel was born September 17, 1982 in Thomaston, Alabama. He has been a resident of Newnan for 5 years and worked as an elevator mechanic in Atlanta. Daniel enjoyed fishing, mechanic work, was a Jacksonville Jaguars fan, and was a "huge" Florida Gator fan. Survivors include his mother and step-father, Lori and Billy Joe Rowlett, Jr. of LaGrange; father and step-mother, Dennis and Donna Lynn Braswell of Greenville; sons, Bo Braswell of Gay and Landon Braddy; his girlfriend, Cindy Brown, both of Pine Mountain; his father who raised him, Joe Kimbrell of Greenville; sisters and brothers in-law, Shannon and Zavier Darden of Newnan and Tammy and Jordan Elkins of LaGrange; step-sister, Kimberly Beavers of Newnan; step-brother, Damon Blankenship of Greenville; grandmothers, Shirley Wood of Greenville, Sarah Braswell of Luthersville, and Peggy Walker of Greenville; and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews. Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 22, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Tim Hosmer will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home form 12 until 2 Tuesday afternoon.
