Cynthia Ann Albright

May 24, 1973 — December 26, 2023

It is with broken hearts but joyous souls that Cynthia Ann Herrera Albright has moved to her heavenly place beside our Lord Jesus Christ on December 26, 2023. We cannot fathom the reason she was taken so early in her life, but our Lord knows.

Cynthia was born in Port Hueneme, California to Joe and Marie Elena Herrera. A resident of Georgia since 2001, She made her home in Hogansville for the last 15 years and attended Freedom Baptist Church in LaGrange. Cynthia was a child of God. She was beyond reproach as a Wife, Mother, and Friend. Her husband, Donald, states that she was perfect in all walks in life being a Christian first, Humble, Compassionate, a Bible scholar, and the absolute perfect part of his life. Donald has no doubt Cynthia and himself were brought together by God. She loved her God, her husband, her children, her church, and her work; where she was part of an all-lady workforce, Pro Wheels, LLC in LaGrange.

Cynce, as her sisters called her, was a very God Loving Lady. She saw the good in all people. She will fondly be remembered as the lady she was and heartbreakingly missed among all who knew her.

Cynthia is survived by her husband Donald E. Albright, Jr. and were expecting to have their 25th wedding anniversary on April 9, 2024; her two loving children, MaryEllen Albright and Donnie Albright, both who love the Lord too through her example, all of Hogansville; two stepdaughters, Heather Albright and Elizabeth Albright; her father, Joe Herrera, who called her every week to check up on her; sisters Diana Rodriguez and her husband, Jaun Carlos, and their daughter Natalie, Linda Beltran and her husband, Lupe, and their children, Joshua, Annette, and Caleb, and Mary Ellen Foster and her husband, Robert; and her brother, Joey Herrera. Cynthia was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Ellen (Maria Elena), who we know she has hugged already in Glory.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m.,  Tuesday, January 2, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. The Reverend Darrell Hogan and the Reverend Dennis Farr will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, prior to the service..
