Christopher "Chris" Finley, 38, of Ft. Mitchell, AL, passed away Tuesday, January 21, 2020, at Columbus Hospice, and the world is a poorer place for having lost him.
Chris was born March 29, 1981 in Columbus, where he lived most of his life. He was a good man that cared more for others than he did himself. He loved cars, especially Mustangs, and when he was well, he worked as a mechanic. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends who will always remember him as kind, gentle, loving, and funny.
Chris is survived by his beautiful wife, Rosa Finley, who loved him with all her heart and he loved her in the same way; children, Alexis Cureton, Megan Finley, Sidney Rawls, Nathan Finley, Christopher Finley, Jr, Angel Finley, Joslyn and her husband, Isiah Rodriquez, and Conrad Reynolds; his mother, Deborah Taylor, who should never have had to lose her son; his brother, Jerry Finley, and sister, Brandy Finley, whose lives will never be the same without their baby brother; an uncle, Austin Kirkland; 9 grandchildren; 3 grandchildren on the way; his best friend, Sage Evans, who never failed to be there; and many more family and friends.
Chris was loved more than any man and will forever be missed by his friends and family.
