Charles Morris Graham, Sr.

Mr. Charles Morris Graham, Sr. 81, of Jonesboro, passed away, Saturday, November 19, 2022, at Piedmont Henry Hospital.

Mr. Graham was born May 13, 1941, in Coweta County, son of the late William Glenn Graham and Zelna Bass Graham. A resident of Jonesboro for many years, he served as vice-president of DeKalb Exchange Bank in Decatur before establishing C & M Motors in Jonesboro, which he operated with his son for 25 years. He was a past president of the DeKalb Optimist Club, was a charter member of Eagles Landing Country Club, and was a charter member of Crossroads Community Church in Fayetteville.

Survivors include his son, Charles Morris "Chuck" Graham, Jr. of Jonesboro; granddaughters, Kelly and Daniel Flanagan of Panama City Beach, FL and Anna Graham of Tuscon, AZ; great-grandson, Jesse Bunn and Micah Flanagan; brother, Thomas Graham of Atlanta; special aunt, Juanita Carden Cannon of Palmetto; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen Driver Graham.

The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, November 26, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Pastor Walt Weister will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. Saturday.
