Charles F. "Chuck" Garrison, Jr.

Mr. Charles F. "Chuck" Garrison, Jr., 55, of Grantville, passed away Sunday, July 2, 2023, at his home.

Born July 30, 1967, in Newnan, Mr. Garrison worked as a truck driver and then was employed for many years as an auto body repairman. He loved his family and his Lord, was a member of First Baptist Church of Grantville, had a great sense of humor and loved making people laugh. Chuck enjoyed being at home and was an avid Georgia Bulldog and Atlanta Braves fan.

Survivors include his mother, Fae Garrison of Grantville; his children, Katie McCauley of Grantville, Chastity and Deke Lloyd of Newnan, Brandon and Kori Garrison of Hampton; sisters, Dana and Tony Gantt, Renee and Ken Martin all of Newnan, Denise Thompson of Grantville; grandchildren, Isaiah, Remy, Ava, Cecilia, Lanie Rose, and Ezra; four nieces; two nephews; and ten great-nieces and great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Charles F. Garrison, Sr.; and his grandparents, Bernard and Rosie Stitcher of Grantville, Willie and Hattie Garrison of Hogansville.

The family will receive friends from 4:00 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., Saturday, July 8, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Coweta Force in Newnan or to A Better Way Ministries in Senoia.
