Charles Emory Counts

Mr. Charles Emory Counts, 58, of Hogansville, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2019, at Hospice LaGrange. Mr. Counts was born October 16, 1960, in Selma, Alabama, son of the late Ruben Harold Counts and Betty Hayes Counts. A resident of Hogansville for several years, he was a retired electrician and welder. Survivors include his wife, Catherine Counts of Camp Hill, Alabama; daughter, Patricia Counts, also of Camp Hill; son, Charles Emory Counts, Jr. of Douglas; his brother, Carl Harold Counts of Valley Grand, Alabama; and a grandchild. A viewing and family service was held at 3:30 p.m., Friday, June 28, at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home, followed by interment in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
