Chad Douglas Spradlin, 32, of Franklin, passed away Saturday, March 26, 2016 at West Georgia Medical Center.
Chad was born April 29, 1983 in LaGrange and was a lifelong resident of the Hogansville area. He was employed as an auto mechanic and attended Hogansville Church of God.
Survivors include his fiancée, Nikita Manley of Franklin; daughters, Brittany Ellington and Brayleigh Spradlin; son, William Spradlin; mother and step-father, Debbie and Robert Elzey of LaGrange; father, Doug Spradlin of Panama City Beach, FL; sister and brother in-law, Andrea and Jamie Stitcher of Franklin; best friend who he considered a brother, JIm Walker; grandmother, Eunice Spradlin of Hogansville; grandfather, William Yarbrough of Hogansville; and nieces and a nephew, Kerigan, Kyla, Bentlee and Cole.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 30, at Hogansville Church of God. The Reverend Randall Hodge will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 until 7 Tuesday evening.
