Carol Parham Behrendt

CAROL PARHAM BEHRENDT Mrs. Carol Parham Behrendt, 69, of Greenville, passed away Thursday, February 5, 2015, at Mrs. Behrendt was born February 3, 1946, in Hogansville, daughter of the late R.E. L. (Boots) Parham and Leona Zimmerman Parham. A resident of Meriwether County for the past fourteen years, she retired as a human resources director CEVA Logistics in Forest Park, and was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in LaGrange. Survivors include her husband, Charles Behrendt of Greenville; daughters and sons in-law, Wendi and Ricky Tarlton of Monroe, NC, Holli and Joe Weaver of Locust Grove; step-daughter, Jill Hanshew of Gadsden, AL; sister, Dawn Parman and her husband, Larry of Canton; and grandchildren, Caleb Tarlton, Joshua Tarlton, and Hunter Nichols. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, February 7, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons in Hogansville, with interment in Myrtle Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Saturday. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
