Byron Dean Baum

MR. BYRON DEAN BAUM Mr. Byron Dean Baum, 75, of Newnan, passed away, Friday, March 20, 2015, at his home. Mr. Baum was born October 3, 1939, in St. Louis, Missouri, son of the late Edward Earl Baum and the late Gladys Iverson Baum. He had lived in Coweta County for a number of years and was a retired manufacturer's representative. He was a member of Jehovah's Witnesses, enjoyed camping, was technologically inclined and had a great love for all things related to science. Survivors include his wife, Shirley Baum of Newnan; daughter, Halle Baum of Cleveland; sons, Terry Dean Baum and his fiancée, Kathy of Chattanooga, TN, and Gavin Baum of Kennesaw; grandchildren, Kristi Dixon, Cody Baum, Karen Devault, Bailey Dixon, Bella Baum, Chloe (CoCo) Baum, and a grandchild soon to arrive. A memorial service will be conducted at 6:00 p.m., Friday, March 27, at the Cannongate Congregation of Jehovahs Witnesses in Newnan. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
