MR. BRIAN D. WOOD Mr. Brian Dee Wood, 40, of LaGrange, died Monday, November 12, 2012, at Kennestone Hospital in Marietta. The funeral service will be conducted at 3:00 p.m., Saturday, November 17, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Terry Rainwater and Minister Robert Brooks will officiate and interment will be in Southview Cemetery in Moreland. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8 Friday night. r. Wood was born December 5, 1971, in Atlanta, and had lived in Troup County for the past ten years. He received an Associate degree from Southern Union State College and had owned and operated ComputerDee's. He was a member of Highland Baptist Church in Hogansville and was a former youth league basketball and soccer coach. Survivors include his wife, Suzyanti Wood; son, James Dee Wood, both of LaGrange; his mother, Mary Alice Wood of Hogansville; sisters and brothers in-law, Chris and Rick Coker of Canton, Julie and John Cosper of Franklin; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Rodney Dee Wood. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 6 until 8 Friday night, November 16th, at Claude A.
