Brandt H. Wilkerson

Mr. Brandt H. Wilkerson, 68, of Buford, passed away Friday, February 21, 2025, at his home.

Mr. Wilkerson was born April 3, 1956, in LaGrange, son of the late Robert Frank Wilkerson and Edith Hill Wilkerson. A 1974 graduate of Hogansville High School, he retired from Mount Vernon Mills/Riegel Textiles after serving many years as the regional sales representative for the southeastern United States and the Caribbean.

Survivors include his children, Jim Wilkerson (Julia), Chelsea Shuford, and Steven Wright (Brandi); grandchildren, Marina Wilkerson (Biancha), Chandler Wilkerson, Austin Garrett, Anna Wilkerson, Ava Shuford, Will Wilkerson; his brother, Dr. Frank Wilkerson, Jr. (Kay); and his best friend, Kelley Fogg. Brandt is also survived by his beloved dog, Jack Dick.

The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, February 25, at Highland Baptist Church in Hogansville. Dr. Frank Wilkerson, Jr. and Marina Wilkerson will officiate and interment will be in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., Monday, February 24.

A memorial service will also be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Saturday, March 1, in the Chapel of Hamilton Mill Funeral Home in Buford. The family will receive friends prior to and after the service.
