Billy R. Harrington, Sr.

Mr. Billy R. Harrington, Sr., 73, of LaGrange, passed away Wednesday, June 23, 2021, at his home. Mr. Harrington was born March 12, 1948, in Dublin, son of the late Arthur Lee Harrington and Thelma Christine Foskey Harrington. A resident of LaGrange most of his life, he retired from the Valway Division of Milliken and Company. He was Baptist by faith and enjoyed listening to gospel music. Survivors include his son, Billy Harrington, Jr. of LaGrange; daughter, Tammy Taylor of Lake Havasu City, AZ; grandchildren, Alexis Harrington, William Harrington, George Harrington (Sarah), Brittany Wyss, Brooke Roberson (Kenny); nine great grandchildren; brother, Wayne Harrington; and sister, Jackie Folds. A memorial service is not being planned at this time. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
