Bessie Yarbrough Mcgouirk

MRS. BESSIE V. McGOUIRK Mrs. Bessie Vesta Yarbrough McGouirk, 89, of LaGrange, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2020, at Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Fayetteville, GA. Mrs. McGouirk was born August 3, 1931, in LaGrange, GA, daughter of the late Thomas W. Yarbrough and Sara Kincy Dean Yarbrough. A resident of Troup County for a number of years, she was a homemaker and worked part time in various bookkeeping positions. Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Taylor (Roy); sons, Rick Folds (Leslie), David Oechsle (Georgia), and Dennis Oechsle; three grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews; extended family and friends; and special care-givers, Deneen Denney and the staff of Mt. Carmel Assisted Living Facility, who meant so much to her. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, Charles Richard McGouirk, Jr. and Engelbert Joseph Oechsle; and her siblings, Bill Yarbrough, Lee Yarbrough, J.C. Yarbrough, Annie Sullivan, Lois Smith, Ethel Drinnen, Edna McVeigh, Jennie Yarbrough Walker and Mary Jim Poole.
