Benjamin Scott Rintala

December 19, 2019 — May 18, 2020

Baby Benjamin Scott Rintala, was born to Samantha Rintala and Scott Meredith on December 19, 2019 in Newnan, Georgia. On May 18, 2020, a dusk dark evening, Jesus whispered softly in his ear. "Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these." Benjamin fell fast asleep and sundered to his Heavenly Father. In Benjamin's short life, he brought an abundance of love to all that knew him. Although, gone too soon he will be profoundly missed. We remember the lullaby, "Jesus loves me—this I know, for the Bible tells me so; Little ones to Him belong, they are weak, but He is strong." Benjamin leaves to cherish his memories: his loving mother and father, Samantha Rintala and Scott Meredith; sisters Kylie Meredith, Lua, and Olivia Rintala; maternal grandparents, Richard and Colleen Commons and son Aiden Commons, Sharpsburg, GA, Paul Rintala Jr., Ishpeming, MI, paternal grandparents Kristy Demmin and Jimmy Carter, Sparks NV, and Jeffery Meredith, Senoia, GA; aunts and uncles, Michael and Chaney Meredith and son Gray, Jacob Meredith, Rachael Demmin, Jesse and Alecia Scheibe and daughter Katlynn Scheibe, Richard Commons, Jr., Cassandra Commons, Elise Keith and Tim Krans, and daughters Ella, Emma and Macie; Great maternal grandparents Nancy Weeks, Richard Commons Sr. and Pam Kobus. Great paternal grandparents Gary and Linda Demmin and Brenda and Carl Macon and many caring relatives and friends. A memorial service will be conducted at 4:00 p. m., Sunday, May 24, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. Claude A.
