Avery Crews

Avery Crews, 46, of Luthersville, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2022, at Grady Memorial Hospital in Atlanta. Mr. Crews was born December 25, 1975, in Clayton County, son of the late Jane Thomas Crews and the late Tony Dale Crews, Sr. A resident of Jonesboro for many years, he had worked as a warehouseman and had lived in Luthersville for the past ten years. Avery was Baptist by faith, enjoyed working in his yard, and loved reading, playing video games, and watching movies and wrestling on television. Survivors include his sisters and brothers in-law, Laurie and Jamie Burns of Buford, Marilee and Michael Conklin of Concord; brother, Dale Crews of Luthersville; and several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Monday, April 25, at the graveside in Luthersville Cemetery, with the Reverend Winston Skinner officiating.
