MR. ASHLEY LEE SAPP Mr. Ashley Lee Sapp, 87, of LaGrange, died Thursday, May 21, 2009, at Twin Fountains Home in LaGrange. The funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, at the graveside in Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange, with the Reverend Floyd Brand officiating. Born November 14, 1921 in Laurens County, Mr. Sapp was the son of the late William (Bill) Monroe and Bertha Lavonia Collins Sapp. He was a farmer for most of his life, served in the Civilian Conservation Corps, was a member of the Grantville Church of God, and had made his home in LaGrange since 1986. Mr. Sapp is survived by his sister, Willie M. Sapp of LaGrange Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Services: 11:00 a.m. Saturday, May 23rd, at the graveside in the Shadowlawn Cemetery. Interment: Shadowlawn Cemetery in LaGrange
