Ann Meadows Arrington

Mrs. Ann Meadows Arrington, 73, of Grantville, passed away Saturday, November 16, 2019, at her home. Mrs. Arrington was born July 13, 1946, in Grantville, daughter of the late Z.D. and Eva Rooker Meadows. A lifelong resident of Coweta County, she was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Grantville and was a homemaker who loved caring for her husband, her children, and her grandchildren. Survivors include her husband, Stanley Arrington of Grantville; son, Jeffrey Arrington, also of Grantville; daughter and son in-law, Donna and Allen Fields of Newnan; sisters, Nancy Meadows and Ronnie Hubbard of Grantville and Joan and Gerald Howington of Navarre, Florida; grandchildren, Brett Fields, Christy Roddy, Chance Stapleton, Emily Stapleton, and Brandon Stapleton; great-grandchildren, Jacob Fields and Shelby Roddy; a number of nieces and nephews; and her longtime canine companion, Boo-Boo. The family will plan a memorial gathering for relatives and friends. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
