ANDREW LEE MOBLEY      Mr. Andrew Lee Mobley, 64, formerly of LaGrange, died Sunday, March 23, 2008, in Waycross.      The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Thursday, March 27, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Benny Phillips will officiate and interment will be in Emmaus Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Hogansville.      Mr. Mobley was born December 22, 1943, in Meriwether county. He was a veteran of service in the U.S. Army, was Baptist by faith, and was a former employee of Signal Knitting Mills in LaGrange.      Survivors include two daughters, Sarah Ann Blair of Brunswick and Barbara Ann Mobley of LaGrange; his mother, Eula Mae Heath Mobley of Phenix City, Ala.; two sisters, Margaret Bailey of Hogansville and Theresa Messer of Woodland, Ala.; and four grandchildren, Crystal McSpadden, Sadie McSpadden, Cory Mobley, and Kimberly Worrell. He was preceded in death by his father, Andrew Wilson Mobley.      The Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home of Hogansville is in charge of arrangements.
