Amy Dingler Neal, 49, of Pine Mountain, passed away, Wednesday, January 3, 2024.
Amy was born August 31, 1974, in Jacksonville, Florida and lived in the West Georgia area most of her life. She spent most of her working life as a medical assistant in healthcare offices and was employed at First Peoples Bank in Pine Mountain at the time of her death. She loved spending time with her kids and grandkids, enjoyed playing with her dog, Cooper and her cat, Phoebe, hiking, and traveling.
Survivors include her daughters and sons in-law, Taylor and Hunter Harrington of LaGrange, Abbie and Al Karvelas of Atmore, Alabama, and Maggie Neal of LaGrange; grandchildren, Archer Harrington, Andre Shepherd, and Baby Karvelas soon to arrive; her mother, Vicki Barrett; brother, Tyler Dingler; and sister, Emily Barrett, all of Hogansville. She was preceded in death by her father, Ricky Dingler.
A memorial service will be conducted at 6:30 p.m., Monday, January 8, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with the Reverend Randall Hodge officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m., prior to the service.
