Alma Roberts Culberson

MRS. ALMA CULBERSON Mrs. Alma Roberts Culberson, 98, of Hogansville, died Monday, November 17, 2008, at Heritage Healthcare of Greenville. The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 18, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery in Hogansville, with the Reverend Dale Prather officiating. Born December 24, 1909, in old Campbell County, Mrs. Culberson was the daughter of the late Paul Wilson Roberts and the late Almeady Hancock Roberts. She lived in Hogansville most of her life, where she was a member of Highland Baptist Church, and was the wife of the late J. Harlan Culberson. Survivors include her daughter and son in-law, Gloria and Charles Prather; grandchildren, Robyn Odom and her husband, Hilton, and Chuck Prather and his wife, Susan, all of Hogansville; great-grandchildren, Matt Odom, Scott and Sandy Odom, Dale and Holly Prather, and James and Anna Odom; and a great-grandson, Nathan Odom. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Highland Baptist Church, 409 Askew Ave., Hogansville, GA 30230. The Claude A.
