MRS. ALMA CREWS Mrs. Alma Lee Crews, 82, of Franklin, died Friday, January 7, 2011 at West Georgia Medical Center in LaGrange. Born October 31, 1928, Mrs. Crews was the daughter of the late John and Josie Kittle Hester. She was a member of Mount Pleasant Baptist Church and was a lifelong resident of Franklin. Survivors include by her husband, Lindol Crews of Franklin; a daughter, Pam Railey, and her husband Wayne, of Franklin; a sister, Mandy Kirklin of LaGrange; a granddaughter, Danita Greenmeyer, and her husband Tony, of Franklin; and 3 great-grandchildren. She is also survived by two sisters-in-law Martha Jean Evans Kelley and Janice Evans Brown both of Newnan. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m., Sunday, January 9, New Springs Congregational Methodist Church in Heard County . The Rev. Lynn Janney will officiate and interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friend from 5 until 8 Saturday night at the funeral home. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville is in charge of arrangements. Visitation: from 5 until 8 Saturday at Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home. Services: 2:00 p.m. Sunday at New Springs Congregational Methodist Church in Heard County. Interment: New Springs Congragational Methodist Church Cemetery.
