Allen Ralph Belcher

MR. ALLEN R. BELCHER Mr. Allen Ralph Belcher, 64, of Luthersville, died Friday, April 25, 2014, at Piedmont Newnan Hospital in Newnan. Born December 21, 1949, in Luthersville, Mr. Belcher was the son of the late Ralph William Belcher and Estelle Coursey Belcher. He lived in Meriwether County most of his life and had been employed as a farmer. Survivors include his sons, Tony Belcher of Laneview, VA, and Bobby Belcher of Miller's Tavern, VA; daughter, Dinah Belcher of Laneview, VA; sisters, Doris Jones of Hogansville, Evelyn Perry of West Point, June Dorminey of Panama City, FL, and Susie Carter of Luthersville; brothers, Irvin Belcher of Hogansville, Randall Belcher of Newnan, and Charles Belcher of Luthersville; and several grandchildren. A memorial service will be conducted at 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 29, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with the Reverend David Simmons officiating. Interment will be in the Luthersville Cemetery. Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
