Alice Keith Dawson

Mrs. Alice Keith Dawson, 80 of LaGrange, passed away, Saturday June 22, 2024, at her home.

Born October 29, 1943 in Meriwether County, Mrs. Dawson was the daughter of the late Dewey and Tommie Lou Woodruff Keith. She worked for Uniroyal Inc. in Hogansville for over 39 years where she was an industrial engineering assistant. Mrs. Dawson was Baptist by faith and enjoyed cooking.

Survivors include her son, Terry Keith of Hogansville; sister, Peggy Hamilton of Greenville; granddaughter, Ashley Coe of LaGrange; and five great-grandchildren, Hunter Charles Smith, Ethan Michael Coe, Anna Marie Rahn, Bella Grace Emory, and Olivia Tracey Emory. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dawson was preceded in death by her husband, Curtis Dawson; and her brother and his wife, Eugene and Willene Keith.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, June 25, in the Chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville. The Reverend Jeff Duran will officiate and interment will follow in Myrtle Hill Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, prior to the service.
