January 1st, 2022, Mr. Albert F. Kee of Sharpsburg Georgia met Mrs. Judy on that dirt road next to the fields that he dreamt of and they walked hand in hand to meet with the Lord.
Mr. Kee was born August 3rd, 1932 in Grantville Georgia, son of late Abe and Mattie Payton Kee. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War and drove a semi-truck most of his life. He enjoyed driving, eating at the Waffle House and "Green Fried Tomatoes", tapping to music, fishing at any water hole, working the garden, piddling around the house, making people laugh, and watching the Atlanta Braves.
Mr. Kee taught first and foremost to be respectful, love unconditionally, "do it right the first time", and always provide for your family no matter what. He never met a stranger and he'd give you the shirt off his back. His ability to wiggle his big ears and make the ugliest, funniest faces caused so much laughter by many. He was stern, loving, kind, hardworking and funny. He loved his family and he couldn't wait to go home and see Moma.
Survivors include his children and their spouses, James and Paula Kee, Donald and Sandra Kee, Marissa and Danny Hyde, Danny and Patti Kee, Janet and Ellis Paulk, Melissa and Alex Harris; 17 grandchildren; 37 great-grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Bryant Kee.
The funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm, Wednesday, January 5th, in the chapel of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with the Reverend Jimmy Evans officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:00 p. m. until 2:00p.m on Wednesday.
