Obituary for Jerry G. Hogan

Mr. Jerry Hogan, 77 of Hogansville, passed away, Wednesday, February 26, 2020, at Florence Hand Home.

Born April 26, 1942 in Heard County, Mr. Hogan was the son of the late Ford and Eva Braswell Hogan. He was a resident of Hogansville most of his life and retired from William L. Bonnell and Company with 40 years of service. He enjoyed collecting and restoring antique telephones and radios.

Survivors include his brother and sister in-law, L.T. and June Hogan of Hogansville; and many cousins, nieces, and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Eason Hogan.

The funeral service will be conducted at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 1, at the graveside in Myrtle Hill Cemetery, with Rev. L. T. Hogan officiating.

The family will receive friends at the graveside from 3 until 4 Sunday afternoon.

Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
